I've got a copy of steal-able (unnacceptably licensed hep.aida.* code removed) colt if we did want to try and do some performance comparisons of colt vs commons-math vs [what are the other contenders now?] for 0.3. What's the status of the patch on MAHOUT-165? I brought it up to compiling status a week or so ago, but I don't know if anyone's been looking at it since... -jake
