Ok I have found three non deterministic tests so far that actually consume entropy by calling generateSeed:
TransactionTreeTest CacheTest AverageAbsoluteDifferenceRecommenderEvaluatorTest But using eclipse is not really helpful since I am forced to set the forkMode to "never" to make my debugger able to attach and then have to manual introspect what's happening.
