OK, try my latest commit. --input and --output are now gone in favor of the
standard -Dmapred.input.dir and -Dmapred.output.dir. I made changes mentioned
in other issues too.
It's a little aggressive to commit this but it would solve several issues, is a
step forward, and Hui is in a position to really test this.
