This issue should have nothing to do with actual processing of documents. It is only an issue with how some data structures are printed in a human-readable form. The *test* for those classes expected a certain appearance to the decimals, and we can fix that to not use your locale.
It should be very unrelated to the core library's functioning, do not worry.
