Description:
This will require moving some JIRA issues between the projects and
archiving/deleting the old projects.
The following projects will be aggregated under MAILET:
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMESMAILAI
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAILETBASE
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAILETCRYPTO
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAILETDOCS
- https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MAILETSTANDARD
All their issues will be moved under MAILET.
The projects will be ARCHIVED/made READONLY or DELETED - (I'm going for deleted
if we move the issues since they have almost now activity).
