Subject: Some basic steps to improve placement scenario at the U

when we are talking about the placement scenario at our university,i
find it in place to mention some very basic things tht create a bad
impression in the minds of recruiters.

i wonder, why nobody ever thought of changing the paper of our GPA
sheets?i personally have been a laughing stock for the people who have
seen our GPA sheets. When i joined Kanbay, and i submitted my
documents,the person incharge said,"bring your original marksheets.".i
had a toughtime convincing him.

contuinuing with the plight of gpa sheets, the grade pattern was changed
frm 5 poiny scale to 10 point scale frm our batch.still, the gpa sheets
showed the conversion and everything wrt 5 points, and grades as
A,B,C,D,E, whereas it didnt exist for us.

would somebody plz situp and take notice?
