Caldera uses GRUB, not LILO. While installing, you must have seen a screen
for configuring GRUB. If you can't configure GRUB, I suppose you'll have to
use a floppy.
By the way, I would like to know how to get Caldera to recognise a D-Link
dfe-538 TX 10/100 Adapter for which it doesn't seem to have a kernel module.
I found this out while trying a non-graphic install, after the standard and
cautious installs failed.

Subject: [Mailinglist] Booting error
Dear Lug's
I installed Caldera Linux 3.1 which was available with PC Quest
December
2001 issue. I am unable to get LILO for booting into linux, instead it
just
displays LI and cursor blinks there. There is no entry possible in this
screen. Please help.
Regds.
Aby
