U need to have XWindows Server like the following...

1)  XWIN32 
    this is not a freeware. but a 30-day demo available from company site
        this is simple and stand-alone.

2) Cygwin/XFree86
    I have not tried this. It require Cygwin DLLs, an unix environment
        for windows.

then u need to set the DISPLAY environment variable

$export DISPLAY=ip.no.win.machine:port

port is usually 0.0
