If you have a boot disk to windows, load your system with it and try erase your MBR with the following command fdisk /mbr the load on to linux using your linux boot disk, and try creating the lilo fresh. NB: If you have an antivirus installed in windows, it will warn you about a virus attack which has erased your mbr.(Master Boot Record)., never mind it of.
