Thank You for your good referance but the problem still remains unsolved . The 
problem which I was facing was of that the kernel was compiled with gcc 3 but 
the module was compiled with gcc 2.x which was incompactable with the new 
kernel.Actually was searching for a module compiled or source which can be 
compiled by gcc 3 .Anyway I tried out the methods shown over the link but that 
seems not to work since I get the same error . Is there any other way out . Has 
anyone else solved such a problem. Please do help me in this regard .
