My supports.

There appear to be two ideas in the offing. (Sorry if
I missed another). One, carrying out a programming
project, Two, of the Expo. Let us have two threads
started in the group Project 1, and Project 2. When
One bunch would be entrusted with the responsibility
of co-ordinating and implementing one project, the
other must be taking up the second. Some thing of a
sub committee. But, the whole LUG must be available
for the assistance of both committees when ever need
is there.

As for the expo,I think I missed a lot of mails on the
subject. We need three things to be decided.

1. Tentative Date and Venue.
2. Contents of the Expo.
3. How we muster the sufficient number of systems for
display.

I request the Co-ordinator to start two different
threads of Emails, by a mail each consolidating the
discussions on each project.
