hi

if you have 10+ systems in your internal network accessing internet, it 
is better to have a caching nameserver in the network which forwards 
requests to ISP DNS servers. you will get the advantage of dns caching 
as well as you dont have to go and make changes to all the systems when 
the isp switches dns server addresses.
