gmenu-simple-editor is the py program coming along with
gnome-menus-2.14.0-1.fc5.1
But this doesn't provide any true editing features :( What you can do is
enable/disable existing menu items.
Any way I am getting along with Alt+F2, hope Alacarte will improve by FC6 rc
