if you are using grub with debian, then there is a solution, first fall back to the grub console by pressing ESC. grub uses diff partition names (hd0,0) is your first disk partition 1 while (hd1,0) is your second disk partition 1.
from console load your fedora grub config file config (hd0,0)/boot/grub/menu.lst (replace (hd0,0) with your fedora partition) this should load your fedora config assuming the /boot hasnt corropted.
