Hello Arun, i am using Airtel GPRS with my Debian Sarge and nokia 6230i it works fine. connect your mobile to the pc and boot now check the directory /dev if there is an entry like ttyACM0. now run pppconfig it will ask for the provider select the default. now enter the phone no as *99# when it ask for the password enter anything (i entered "1" it worked )do the same thing with username
