hi is anybody doing realtime encoding of TV ?
i would like to know the hardware used, capturing software, encoding formats, output quality optimization tricks etc myself use Pinnacle PCTV + Athlon 64 3200 + Transcode + FFMPEG (which works best for me) regards bobby
