Dear Friends,
Smart City project is being realised by proving the 'negotiation
skills' of Kerala Government. What are REAL problems that can be solved
by this new development model of an Exclusive Zone? Other than those of
Tecom, State government and the media,is there any role for the Civil
Society in the discussion of this project? ? Did they also get
marginalized? or did they also become a part of the state?
