Hi,

   ???? I think that is a dangerous idea. What if the windoze system  
is infected

   and ends up killing files on ext2 partition too.. Isn't it obvious  
to do the other way around i.e. mounting vfat/ntfs partition in  
gnu/linux and do the job. I hav some personal media files in hard  
drive that is 5-6 years old ..that i swap from one drive to another  
during re-installation and all..u perhaps may have no such luck with a  
vindoze installation..

   just my thoughts
