Yes, this is true, many people, offers this sort of printing and publishing
services are not highly technical. They go by the documentation and brochure
given by the printer/equipment manufacturer, and usually these manufacturing
companies issue warnings on the usages or illegal softwares. Many cases they
issue recommended software packages. I think we must communicate these sort
hardware manufacturers to include the free/open source software to there
recommended list as most of them support and encouraging the free and open
source community.
