The project has gone cold since the leak of Windows 2000 source code..
and incorporation of some of that code into ReactOS..
Its just 30MB iso file..download it and run it from for example
SUN's virtualbox virtual machine ..virtualbox is the easiest to use..
sudo apt-get install virtualbox
then applications->Accessories->VirtualBOX OSE
I successfully ran ReactOS in virtualbox..
ReactOS currently has restriction regard to number of primary
partitions and all.
