@ jain : Its not exactly a file system watcher that i want to create ..Its
like i want to have a log file being created  in the format that i have said
..


@ Fayaz : i want an output that the system is brought down ..

And another question is there some way that i can brin the system down such
that , thereafter wen i start the system i could restore it to the state it
was prior to the system shut down..
