I use ADrive. The interface sucks. For free version, they don't even offer
WebDAV.
Upload interface takes an year to load up.
I'd suggest use something like Vuze/Aezreaus to host the torrent, then let
everyone share from your machine.
Try DyDNS for dynamic IP and a static hostname for the same.
