You are, I suppose, asking for a comparison between two Operating
Systems for which you will find plenty of information online. A
distribution of Linux by itself can be compared to WinNT; hence, you
wouldnt have to look for a "WinNT equivalent software available in
Linux".
Since you have mentioned WinNT, I suppose you are looking for a server
OS ( assuming WinNT server ). You might want to go for a stable OS
that is scaleable. Unless you have any specific application that you
want to run on the server that is NOT compatible to LINUX, you can go
for a LINUX distr for your needs. You can search google.com for
