Happy to see a campaign we started in Karnataka influence Kerala :) http://fci.wikia.com/wiki/Campaign_to_promote_free_software_in_Karnataka BTW to the best of my knowledge, the current http://FSMK.org members (who were signatories in the above page) are ensuring that FSMK follows the spirit of the "action plan" and "howto implement action plan". In Kerala, the course of action would be different considering that the Govt. already supports free software and has initiated several steps in that direction.
