Is it running on google's server. The name "Web Centered OS" seems to be running in google's server and the users will get an interface. If it is running on google's server then it doesn't respect your freedom, even if it is free or not. Because you are not in control of your computing. Suppose if google publish this software and I'm running it on my server for you. Then also no matter how much nice guy I am, you are not in control of your computing.
