Did you completely read the content of the previous link? Some feature are not supported in Ubuntu 9.04. Some feature are conditional. Does your system satisfy all those conditions?
Can you tell me what happens when you try to print a file? Also tell me the out put of the command. $ lpr xyz This is the command to print some file. xyz is some file, in the current folder.
