tell them to first replace foxit with the link above or any other GNU pdf reader...otherwise what they are really interested in is to use GNU for "cheapening" the prices that has to be spend, so that everyone "involved" can take some share for themselves.. If there is a governement policy to encourage alternatives.... make sure it is GNU alternatives that are encouraged and not another commercial application. Joel.
