Hi to all of you people. I am new to the Linux forum.
Welcome to the group!
Let me know whether we need to install the Mother Board software after
installing Ubuntu on the Computer. The Mother Board Software includes
Video driver and Audio driver. Please give me a solution as soon as
you can.
Most probably, you won't need to. GNU/Linux distros comes with most
drivers pre installed. You can check which all peripherals in your
system works without extra driver installation by just booting using the
Ubuntu live CD. If you have nvidia based motherboards or similar ones,
you might need to install extra drivers, as they aren't shipped with the
OS due to some copyright issues. But still, its easily available in
online repository.
Hope this helps you. If you need any further details, we are happy to
provide.
