Hi sanal,
So you need to access internet in laptop via bluetooth, isn't
it. Ok it's easy. Well, which is your OS ? Your laptop is having in-built
bluetooth module? Which is your network provider for your mobile phone?

Well, in general,
*1)* Activate GPRS/3G in your mobile number.
*2)* Then download the access point for mobile phone in the device.
*3)* Then check whether the access points are working well or not.
*
4)* After that pair the mobile phone with the laptop.
*5)* Create an access point in the laptop for a network connection.
The type needed is dial-up connection. In that give a name
for the access point. Also give the dialing number to be used. Eg: for Tata
Docomo it is *99***1#. After that, press connect, for completing the
connection.
*6)* After that, open the modem settings in the system hardware settings
page.
In the properties page of the your mobile Modem, in the advanced tab
there's a option called "Extra Settings", under that "Extra initialisation
commands". In that text box, you've fill in the AT command according to the
network provider. eg: in Tata Docomo:
AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET" ......

TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET is the name for the access point "Tata Docomo Internet"
in mobile.

*7)* After everthing is set, ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Note:* The dial-up number for the connection is to be got from the network
provider.
Also, the network access point has to be entered only after testing in the
mobile, to confirm whether the access point is working well or not....

Long procedure???? But easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
