I have noticed that the mails sent to our mailing list has been archived in different websites which in turn appear in search results of different search engines. Even though these mails has been archived for useful purposes there is a a huge threat in this system. The mailing list archive pages contain the email addresses of the users which can be easily accessed by human spammers or bots which in turn results in spam. So i humbly request to please consider this since everyone likes to have a certain level of privacy.
