You can think about it in a different way. Dell comes with pre loaded
windows. If you want Dell, you will have to use windows. If you dont like
windows, dont buy dell.

Its like buying a car, Tata manza comes with a fiat engine. Can you ask them
to give you an option to use a tata engine itself ? If you want a tata
engine, you buy some other car.
