http://www.department13designs.com/vegan.html Just a reply to OT, dont take this personally, my opinion is that every edible plants and consumable animals should be seen a food, infact they were created for such a purpose, controlled consumption of both are required to have healthy life, afaik there is no plant that provide protiens.
