Hi

The bums in the government, along with them, all the political
class, seem to have no clue about how the Net came into being and how
it evolve(s)d. Anything coming out from the government regarding the
Net, be it that their intentions look good (or does it really?),
evokes suspicion about them trying to hold onto one thing that would
ensure their political survival, which is ignorance of the masses.

Finally the likes of Sibal seems to have found the holy grail coveted
by any a political seeker who wishes to curtail the Net, to attach
the freedom of speech in the Net to something called "blasphemy" and
religious sentiments.

I am sure Kapil Sibel is in for a good kick in the teeth before he
sheds his asinine views. May be he hasn't heard of what happened to
Bill Clinton's take on Net, when trying to legislate CDA act in US, in
1996.

Nataraj
