Thumbs up for ZFS.

FreeBSD 8.x and later comes with ZFS v28. Solaris 11 has ZFS v31

I second Siju opinion on system requirements for running ZFS, It requires
good processing power and good amount of RAM. However it is stable ,
reliable and PROVEN
