Do you mean it is not working even in Windows now? Then what I suspect might be correct. There is no bluetooth adapter in your laptop. Seems like they replaced you with a wireless adapter without bluetooth support. There is very less chance it has anything to do with genuine windows.
The only wireless adapter listed on your pci is: 1. 04:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY (rev 01) Contact broadcom and confirm whether there is any bluetooth support in that card. Also check # lsusb -v and verify any usb bluetooth adapter is connected internally.
