It may be fixed in later versions like 3.6.3. However this issue does not applicable in every svg files in 3.4.2. Folders contain normal svg files still have no problem. In my experience, svg files using "Create tiled clone" causes the problem. Especially files of Visiting Cards (those kind of things needs Tiled clones) and something like that.
