We should have a public policy on moderation and a member can only be
moderated after giving a warning when violating the policy.

Also a member should be moderated only after publishing the mail which
violated policy so every members knows about it and can make their own
judgements. Moderation should be announced in public as a reply to the
mail which violated list policies.

List policy should be posted public on the website.

I demand the moderators publish the list of people who are moderated
in the list and their reasons.

If the moderators remain silent for a week and does not reply to this
mail, I declare, I will fork ilug cochin (if someone doesn't do it
already by then).

For those who remain silent when your fellow members are moderated:
There will be no one left to support you when you gets moderated.

I hereby declare my solidarity with the members who are silenced and
challenge the moderators openly.

All of you have a choice to make and _you_ are ilug cochin.

You have to keep reminding your government that you don't get your rights
from them; you give them permission to rule, only so long as they follow the
rules: laws and constitution.
