Public bug reported:
The user left a trailing quote out in mm_cfg.py . Mailman's response was
to fail with the message "Mailman experienced a very low level failure".
Perhaps "low-level failure" was Mailman's opinion of the user :-) One
would hope that we could catch an exception from Python and give the
user a bit more help. Thanks! - Bruce
