I think I can add some code before the 2.1.6 final release to exchage Re: and prefix order for the subject prefix without numbering. (Yes, we now have a nice feature to add numbering in the subject prefix.)
Or avoid messing with the Subject in the first place if the tag is already there? Sounds like the easier way out to me...
Like I said, I want to get rid of prefix far away from the start of the subject.
Anyway, I wanted fix another small bug that Re: is MIME encoded.
