My bad; I'm confused about how the two configuration files get loaded.
I left out a tiny piece of information, which is that the values for
DEFAULT_URL_HOST and DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST in my Defaults.py file are
incorrect. Faithfully following the directions, I change them in
mm_cfg.py. Apparently, I then need to call add_virtualhost again in
that file; when I do so, I get the expected result.
(I'm so embarrassed :-)
