I'm not sure what's "bogus" and what's not "bogus". If the message arrives
correctly iso-xxx encoded, Mailman should not double-encode it, isn't it?
So let's see it better:
mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] -s'' < .toprc
gives, in qfiles/in, the following headers (correct)
From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jul 3 18:20:17 2002
Return-Path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

then the same command line with 'mutt' gives

Is that correct or bogus ? It's encoded for sure, but seems correct. Does
Mailman re-encode it? Let's see... bin/qrunner -r IncomingRunner -o
In qfiles/out/ I find the bogus double-encoded thing in a pck file :
# bin/dumpdb qfiles/out/1025713327.67135+2d30c5ab877e5544dcc801d067d9a61a1a0535b6.pck

th subject line of this post)
