[Mailman-Developers] Bug in mailman 2.1 with unsubscribe

Is there a bug in mailman 2.1,  when trying to use the global password I 
cannot unsubscribe subscribers from a mailing list using an email command.
I've tried the following, "I've been able to do this in past verisons 
with Mailman".

I sent a request to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" with the following

unsubscribe globalpassword [EMAIL PROTECTED]
end
