The license may be a tiny bit weird right now because some stuff was
still in beta and code hadn't yet been released, but we've got a
public svn repository up now (svn://svn.sxip.org/trunk anon/anon) and
I believe everything falls under the Apache 1.1 license. I am not a
big licensing guy myself, I'm of the mentality that everything should
be given freely so who cares about licenses, but we've got a licensing
pro on board (Zak Greant, he did a lot of GPL work while trying to fix
MySQL's licenses) and I'm confident that the open source community
will have no problems with using the software.
