I don't know for certain; I was planning on at least trying to implement
RSS feeds as an output filter, which as far as I know means I'm hooking
into Apache's request stack at a level FastCGI and SCGI don't touch.

I suspect there is a way to wrap things so that they'll work as a
fastcgi/scgi/cgi, but I don't know that I'm going there.
