Oh I see... claws-mail requires support for the XOVER extension of the
NNTP protocol. This extension is not supported currently and all other
newsreader I tested (thunderbird, snrl) fall back to the useage of the
classical HEAD command to receive the information. I will see, if I
could fix that...
