I could see definite needs for different types of list to use different
scoring settings. One big case would be a list that doesn't send out
mail every day may well need a longer period between bounces to allow it
to accumulate enough of a score to disable the address, while a very
busy list likely wants a very short period so very occasional bounce
backs (like false positive spam rejects) don't get a chance to accumulate.
