Yes, although it should be possible to display them all (possibly with
collapsible rows or horizatal scrolling).

In general, administrators can only access some subscription options.
User profiles are only accessible to superusers.

This is important.

I'm sure there are, but I don't have a list to hand.  There are a
couple of "large" Postorius issues that discuss reorganizing and
refactoring the UI, as well.  I will try to get back to this, but my
time is really tight and I would like to prioritize Merge Requests for
the next few days,
