Correct.

I don't know of any that the domain owner shouldn't have.  Which ones
do you have in mind?

No.  List owners get mail that domain owners probably don't want.
(The same is true of moderators vs. owners.)

As far as I know, yes.  Which ones do you think might not be
appropriate for domain owners?  Note that the domain owner has to be
able to set list owners (what if the list owner deletes themself?), so
they can set themselves as owners anyway.

There's a separate RFE somewhere to allow a user to drop privileges so
that SSO sites don't have to give admins another systemwide login so
they can see what non-admins experience.  But that's out of scope for
this.
