Hi, All. Can anyone help me to correct coding in moderator page? I sse all text in right coding, but the message that i need to read to check as moderator come in UTF coding without transcoding like this (=F2=E5=F1=F2, =E2=F2=EE=F0=EE=E5 =EF=E8=F1=FC=EC=EE) I now for sure that this message sent in cp1251.
