I had already started. Actually, I did 688 strings (of 1430) of mailman 2.1.20. 
I saw the instructions and probably I will send messages.po first. I'm not able 
to use Bazaar, so I will notify in this list.

It is likely the pt_BR translators listed at
<http://wiki.list.org/DEV/Languages> are no longer interested in working
on this, but it would be good to try to contact them anyway. If they
don't respond, please feel free to go ahead on your own.

follow those and come here with any specific questions you may have.
